Dear Teams Of Angels,
My 13yr old son, Brent Becher, suffered a blow to his chest during a baseball tournament this past weekend in Reading, PA. The blow to his chest resulted in what I now know is called commotio cordis. Three angels were present that day who performed CPR on my son until the EMT's arrived. With the use of an AED, his heart rhythm was returned to normal. He spent 3 days in the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and he is now home with me. He is doing very well-- back to his normal self and routines!
I would like to know how I could be of assistance to your cause. I need to do whatever I can to help...it's very important to me that as many people as possible be educated and that AED's be made immediately available at sporting events. I want the survival rate of these injuries to someday be 100%- anything at all that I can do to help, please let me know.
Thank you for your time.
Jill Graeff
